Welcome to Go Car Clean. By accessing or using our mobile app, website, or car cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

1. Service Usage

Go Car Clean provides doorstep car cleaning services on a subscription, scheduled, or on-demand basis. All bookings are subject to availability based on location, service slots, and staff capacity. The customer is responsible for providing accurate address details and ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled service time.

2. Service Scope

Each service includes only the features mentioned in the selected package. Any additional requests such as stain removal, deep cleaning, pet hair removal, polishing, or add-on services may incur extra charges. Our team will not handle hazardous materials, bio-waste, or extremely unhygienic vehicle interiors that pose health or safety risks.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices may vary depending on vehicle type, size, condition, and location. Full or partial advance payment may be required during booking. Go Car Clean supports multiple payment modes. Non-payment or fraudulent transactions will lead to cancellation of services and potential legal action.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee. If our team reaches the location and the car is unavailable or customer is unreachable, the service will be marked as completed, and no refund shall be provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle. Go Car Clean is not liable for loss of valuables left inside the car. Parking fees, entry charges, or security restrictions at gated communities must be handled by the customer.

6. Liability & Damages

Our team takes utmost care while cleaning; however, Go Car Clean will not be responsible for pre-existing scratches, water seepage due to vehicle condition, electrical malfunctions, or aftermarket accessories damage.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle or environment is unsafe, abusive, or unhygienic.

8. Policy Updates

Go Car Clean may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued usage of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
